Who you are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years in recruiting
• Required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Preferred: experience supporting university partnership and early career program
• Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations
• Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
• Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences
• Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively
• Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies
