- Preferred: experience supporting university partnership and early career program
- Proficiency in managing sourcing and closing strategies in ambiguous situations
- Strong tactical and strategic recruitment skills
- Excellent communication skills across diverse areas and audiences
- Ability to influence organizational goals and manage projects effectively
- Experience in driving process improvements and adoption of new tools and methodologies
