About the Role
:We are seeking a results-driven talent professional to support hiring for Commercial, BU & Global Revenue functions across APAC. This position encompasses responsibilities across end-to-end technology recruitment, talent pipeline development, and employer branding, while also playing a key role in business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, social media, and networks
Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment process, team growth strategies in alignment with workforce plans and organisational design
