Full‑cycle recruitment

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for an agreed portfolio of professional and managerial roles
• Lead intake conversations, structure assessments, and drive hiring decisions with leaders
• Ensure every hire aligns with Techo‑Bloc’s values, culture, and long‑term vision

Sourcing & talent attraction

• Lead proactive sourcing efforts for your own roles and provide sourcing support to fellow recruiters on the team — building pipelines for hard‑to‑fill or high‑priority positions
