Senior/ Talent Acquisition Executive

The role is responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition from manpower requisition, candidate screening, hiring and onboarding. The incumbent will partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely recruitment, compliance with HR policies, and a positive employee experience throughout the employment journey.

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job requisition and job description finalisation to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination with hiring managers.
• Manage job advertisements, maintain talent pipelines and recruitment trackers, conduct reference checks, and prepare competitive salary recommendations aligned with internal parity and market benchmarks.
• Draft and issue employment contracts, present offers, and ensure all hiring documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in a timely manner.
