Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

MDA Space is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team, ideally based at our Montreal office.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring the right candidates in a timely fashion. Specifically:
  • Identify hiring needs and search requirements and effectively match candidates with the roles in which they will be most successful.
  • Participate in the creation and implementation of staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • Build relationships with talent in the marketplace; source passive candidates through networking and direct sourcing.
  • Evaluate skill level, conduct an efficient and professional interview process, and drive the offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, negotiations and closing of candidates.
