Overview

Support hiring needs across US, Canada, Mexico and parts of Europe. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition creation through offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to understand need and build solutions for hiring objectives. Effectively source, screen, and interview candidates. Create compensation package proposals while leading the negotiation and offer process. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking, social media, and recruitment events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide hiring managers with regular updates on recruitment progress.
