Role Overview

As a member of the TA COE reporting to the Head of APJC TA, the Senior TA Partner, APJC will lead full lifecycle recruiting—including sourcing, screening, and offer consultation—to secure top talent. This role will strategically support hiring needs across Singapore, Thailand, Australia and New Zealand across functions. It will also manage senior level stakeholders, act as a talent strategic partner to build and scale teams, support executive level recruitment across APJC, and support early career hiring across functions.
