We are looking for a seasoned engineer who can guide the development of effective monitoring tools and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and research optimization opportunities
• Develop processes for non-disruptive system updates
• Maintain and tune monitoring tools to manage alerts
• Create comprehensive documentation for processes
• Support troubleshooting and escalations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in infrastructure and operations
