Responsibilities
- Help design, build, and maintain infrastructure systems that power the core SaaS platform
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, SRE, and Security teams
- Implement architectural improvements to increase scalability and resilience
- Build and manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- Use configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef for automation
- Support and evolve containerized platforms including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or Nomad
- Contribute to observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Mentor junior engineers and document system designs and best practices
- Participate in an on‑call rotation to maintain production system health
