Purpose of the Role

The SeniorSystems and Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the administration, maintenance, monitoring, security, backup management, and support of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization platforms, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, backup systems, and business-critical applications. The role provides technical leadership, contributes to strategic infrastructure planning, mentors junior staff, and ensures the stability, security, and availability of all managed systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in server administration and infrastructure support environments.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managed services (MSP) or multi-client support environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid environments....
