There will be some rotational shifts, covering late afternoons, evenings or overnight, and could include weekends and statutory/bank holidays on call support.

Accountabilities

• The Pega Systems Administrator will perform day-to-day system operation support, including system outage management, system monitoring of the PRPC system runtime health, and ensuring connectivity to backend resources is not interrupted due to backend resource availability.
• Perform day-to-day incident management and respond to issues reported by Development Teams, identify root cause, resolve or properly escalate issues until resolution.
