Overview

We invite you to join KEO as a Senior Sustainability Advisor based in Madrid, Spain, with flexibility to be based in the UK, Ireland or Portugal.

The role focuses on ESG strategy, climate transition, decarbonisation, and may include sustainable finance, climate risk, resilience and assurance.

This is a delivery‑focused position responsible for leading projects end‑to‑end, building client relationships, and identifying opportunities for repeat and expanded work.

The Senior Sustainability Advisor works closely with the Sustainability leadership team to ensure high‑quality technical outputs, commercial discipline, and effective coordination of junior team members.
