Job Role

  • As a Senior Support Worker you will have the opportunity to make a huge difference within a child’s life by providing care, support, and supervision.
  • You will create positive relationships with the young people (children), meeting their needs and safeguarding them at all times.
  • Being a senior within a home you will give guidance and support to all support workers while providing excellent communication to the Registered Manager of the performance and needs of everyone.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
  • You must also have at least 2 years experience within Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
  • You must also have a valid UK driving licence.
  • Salary between £26,800 - £30,500 (Dependant on sleep-ins).
