FiveRivers Technologies is looking for a proactive and technically strong Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth system performance.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling all incomingtickets according to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Resolve low-to-moderate complexitytechnical issues using defined tools and processes, such as password resets andfunctional customer mapping changes.
- Continuously monitor and maintain the dataingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality (completeness, correctness, andfreshness) post-implementation.
- Diagnose and resolve data-related issues,including missing/empty tables, incorrect transformations, and unexpected dataanomalies.
- Maintain the knowledge base anddocumentation to support both customers and internal team members.
