Senior Supervisor-Production

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute start‑up, pilot, and development production activities to ensure smooth transition from NPI (New Product Introduction) to mass production.
• Oversee shopfloor control, manpower planning, and headcount definition to support ramp‑up requirements while meeting safety, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead daily execution of start‑up operations including pilot runs, engineering builds, and validation lots.
• Ensure readiness of 4M (Man, Machine, Method, Material) before line start.
• Supervise and control line conditions during start‑up phase.
• Support smooth transition from development to volume production.
• Define required manpower based on production demand, cycle time, and takt time.
• Develop and maintain manpower loading models and schedule per shift/line.
