Senior Supervisor

Responsibilities

Policies, Processes, Procedures: Implements approved departmental policies, systems, processes, procedures and controls covering all areas of the Safety department so that all relevant procedural legislative requirements are adhered to while delivering a quality, cost‑effective service in a consistent manner within the assigned area of operations.

Process Safety Management

Implement and oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) protocols for high‑risk areas including molten metal handling, gas systems and hazardous materials. Conduct Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and ensure adherence to safety‑critical procedures. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to improve process safety controls and mitigate risks. Prepare Hazardous Area Classification documentation, safety and fire fighting layouts, escape route, traffic management mapping and other safety drawings as needed.
