**Main Activities and Responsibilities:**
Undertake reviews of engineering drawings to ensure compliance with CAD Standards and
Quality Systems.
Manage and monitor the quality of work performed by others and promote a culture of technical
excellence through mentoring and training less experienced drafters.
May function as Project Team Lead Technician and manage the drafting aspects of projects of
varying complexity and size, including planning and controlling deliverables, resource management, and maintaining communication between engineering and drafting staff on the project.
