Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Structural Modeller (Precast) to support precast design and construction projects. The role involvesdeveloping detailed precast and reinforcement models, producing shop drawings,and coordinating with engineers, factories, and site teams to ensure accuracy,buildability, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Prepareprecast structural and reinforcement models using Allplan .
- Produceprecast shop drawings , GA drawings, and bar bending schedules usingAllplan and AutoCAD.
- Coordinatewith structural engineers, BIM teams, precast factories, and sitepersonnel.
- Ensuredrawings comply with project specifications, local codes, and companystandards .
- Reviewand guide junior modellers to maintain drawing quality and consistency.
- Updatemodels and drawings based on design changes, production requirements,and site feedback .
