Senior Strategic Designer for AI Insights & Solutions

Bain & Company in Santiago is looking for a Senior Strategic Designer to drive human-centered innovation efforts. You will lead strategic design processes, conducting research and synthesizing insights, and collaborate closely with consultants and clients.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in digital product design, strong design thinking skills, and fluency in English. This role includes light travel (around 30%) for client engagements.
