Senior / Staff Engineer Test Engineering

Your Role

• Manages, plans and ensures manufactured components and assembled products meet Infineon standards and objectives
• Works on installation, correlation and production release of test programs, data handling, interpretation of test results, interface to test development and product engineering, optimization of test package stability
• Optimizes test programs stability regarding test coverage vs. yield, test time, test cost, performance, development and implementation of special purpose characterization test programs
• Converts test programs between different test platforms (i.e. from one ATE platform to another ATE platform, from one prober system to another prober system...) including all necessary software and hardware engineering issues; review/avoidance of possible test coverage influences by change of test platform
