Senior Staff Backend Engineer, Large-Scale Data Platform

Databricks is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our backend team in Zürich. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for our data and AI platform. You will also lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high performance and reliability.

With over 15 years of industry experience and a background in large-scale distributed systems, you will influence product roadmaps and help prevent and investigate production issues.
