Your Role

• Support reliability stress and electrical test operation process improvement task force, perform risk assessment for potential failure to meet customer requirements.
• Perform reliability data and results analysis, and update test status for cross‑functional teams.
• Implement cost control, productivity improvement, and continuous process improvement projects.
• Use technical knowledge to support operational goals, ensuring turnaround time (TAT) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and ensuring efficient operation across a variety of processes.
• Help collect and verify basic electrical test information to validate the 8D report submitted by the process engineer, ensuring consistency and compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects and activities with counterparts locally and abroad, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget.
