Key Responsibilities

• Execute work according to SLA's.
• Have a detailed understanding of processes and SOPs.
• Adhere to controls.
• Propose ideas for improvements.
• Inform Supervisor about any process issues.
• Handle collection calls – inbound and outbound (Portuguese).

Qualifications

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
• Willing to work in Pasig City.
• Amenable to work the night shift and mid shift.
