Senior Specialist, AR - Italian

Job Purpose

Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding customer accounts while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Collections specialists will engage regularly via telephone and other communication methods with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve disputes or queries. They will problem‑solve and actively seek solutions to issues inhibiting invoice payment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer account agreements
• Act as focal point between customer and AR analyst
• Escalate collection analytics within local organization
• Primary customer contact via phone, mail or visit
• Update Getpaid tool based on customer engagement
• Act as focal point for local language dependencies
• Partner with analyst to exceed portfolio targets
