Senior Special Advisor for User Experience

Be a catalyst for change as a Senior Special Advisor in User Experience (UX) Research and Design with DHRIM. Help modernize military HR solutions through expert advisory services and strategic insight.
This role in the newly established DHRIM 12 team offers an exciting chance to work alongside the Chief of Military Personnel, focusing on contemporary practices in UX research and design. Your expertise will guide improvements and align practices with Treasury Board Secretariat standards, enhancing operational effectiveness in the military HR landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and refine DHRIM procedures related to UX
• Review DND/DGEAS strategies against TBS policies
• Identify technology options for military HR processes
• Advise on engagement processes with business clients
• Train management on effective UX practices
