Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food production and presentation
- Support supervision and coaching of dining team members
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and therapeutic diet compliance
- Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls
- Maintain accurate production sheets and temperature logs
- Enforce HACCP and food safety standards
- Support special events, banquets, and catering
- Engage with residents to monitor satisfaction
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
