Senior Sourcing Manager, NPD & Supplier Partnerships

nVent in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking an experienced Sourcing Leader to drive end-to-end sourcing for new product launches, manage supplier selection, cost modeling, and capacity planning.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Category, and Operations, build strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate multi-million contracts, and guide risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
