- Operating Plan (AOP) process by developing savings forecasts, pipeline assumptions, and cost baselines across indirect categories.
- Assist in annual budget planning cycles, ensuring procurement initiatives are accurately reflected in functional and enterprise budgets.
- Provide ongoing support to Finance and Category Managers to track actuals vs. AOP commitments, including identification of risks and opportunities.
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on indirect sourcing performance, including savings realization, pipeline health, and KPI tracking.
