About the Role
Onfido, an Entrust company, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support customers across the APAC region in solving complex digital identity and fraud challenges. In this highly customer‑facing role, you will partner closely with Sales to understand client needs, design seamless identity verification experiences, and guide prospects through trials, proof of concepts, and technical validations. You will represent the Entrust Identity platform across a variety of industries, including fintech, financial services, payments, and eCommerce, engaging with stakeholders ranging from C‑level executives to developers. This role combines technical expertise, solution design, and strong communication across regional and global teams including Product, Customer Success, and Onboarding.
