Purpose of the position.

This position is responsible for designs, analyzes, and optimizes operational processes to improve performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

Leading the business requirement workshop with customers to capture customer’s requirements and translate into function specifications.

Oversee end-to-end solution design, including equipment, automation, and utility requirements including performance benchmarking.

Conduct engineering and analytical support.

Manage, assist and validate during testing phase.

Key Tasks

Capture and translate business and customer requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Develop detailed process flows, product movement diagrams, and layout designs tailored to project.
