Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for an experienced and motivated technical manager to coach, grow, and partner with skilled Startups Solutions Architects across ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines). As a Sr. Solutions Architecture Manager, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects who partner with early‑stage to growth‑stage startups on significantly complex technical challenges. You will be hands‑on, working directly with customers on complex problems while coaching your team to elevate their impact. You should bring proven strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and demonstrated ability to influence across organizations.
