- Educate and collaborate with customers to create customized Redis-powered solutions for their specific business and database needs.
- Drive Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilots, and technical evaluations through hands‑on engagement.
- Work with technical teams, including architects, developers, and C-level executives, to ensure successful implementations.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop account strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Present Redis technology and capabilities in a professional manner to demonstrate business impact and competitive advantages.
