Senior Software Engineer - Ruby/React, Build Scalable Apps

Fountain Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers to build user‑centered web applications that improve employee retention and the experience of frontline workers.

Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing and maintaining features, collaborating with product/design teams, reviewing others' work, and implementing RESTful APIs in Rails/Express with PostgreSQL/MongoDB. Focus on quality, performance and security.
