Senior Software Engineer - Remote, HMO, Full-Time

ProSource is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Keystone Squad in the Agent Workflows crew. You will work across a React TypeScript frontend and Ruby on Rails backend, delivering features used daily by agents across Australia and New Zealand.

You will own design, build tests, and monitor production to ensure reliability. You will lead by example, mentor peers, and contribute to architectural decisions, ADRs, and robust documentation.
