We are working with a well‑established software company based in Nottingham with a long‑standing customer base across the public sector. They are expanding their core engineering team and looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join and make an immediate impact.

This is a genuinely interesting role for an engineer who wants variety, ownership and the chance to work with modern AI tooling in a sector where the quality of the software genuinely matters.

The Role

You will join the core product team, working on a platform that is actively onboarding legacy customers and expanding rapidly. The team works Agile, moving across multiple concurrent projects, so no two months look the same. You will own your tickets end to end, contribute vocally in ceremonies and be expected to drive solutions proactively rather than waiting for direction.
