We are hiring an experienced Contract Software Engineer / AI Platform Software Engineer for a 12‑month assignment (inside IR35) beginning in 2‑4 weeks. The role focuses on AI governance, distributed systems, observability, and platform engineering for the AI Control Tower.
Role Summary
As a Software Engineer on the AI Control Tower team, you will design, build, and maintain core components of a centralized AI platform. Your work will span data pipelines, APIs, observability, monitoring, security, and governance, ensuring safety, transparency, and reliability from model training through production.
