Senior Software Engineer (Colombia)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build and scale a core Transportation Management System (TMS) that serves carriers, shippers, and brokers across the freight industry. This role offers the opportunity to work across the stack and contribute to high‑impact products in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

• Build and enhance a TMS platform supporting a wide network across the freight ecosystem
• Develop and expand products such as cost solutions, shipper applications, and scalable APIs
• Contribute to front‑end applications (React/Redux), back‑end services (Ruby, Python, Go, or Node.js), or both
• Integrate with freight APIs, automated brokerage systems, and external data providers
