Senior Software Engineer (Chile) (Valdivia)

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer who will work closely with product, support, and engineering teams on backend and full‑stack initiatives and will help mentor and guide junior teammates.

• Design, develop, and deliver new features, maintain high quality code, and provide unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
• Help build out a distributed architecture and provide scalable, reliable solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to design market‑winning products and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead small development teams to bring projects to market and mentor teammates to elevate their experience.
