Senior Social Ads Performance Manager - LATAM

Jobtailor is seeking a Social Paid Media professional to execute and optimize Meta Ads and TikTok campaigns across Argentina, Brazil, and Peru. You will work under the Social Paid Media Lead to drive performance, manage audiences, and test creatives across LATAM markets.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of hands-on Meta/TikTok Ads experience, understand campaign structures, and can operate autonomously while aligning with cross-market strategies.
