Senior SMT & Backend Manufacturing Lead

XP Power is seeking an experienced professional to lead SMT and backend manufacturing processes in Kuala Kangsar, Malaysia. The successful candidate will own equipment performance, ensure high quality, and drive continuous process improvement to support mass production and new product introduction.
