Project Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Superintendent to lead the construction of a major new commercial development in Peterborough, Ontario. The senior site superintendent will take full ownership of site operations for an approximately $50 million ground‑up project with an anticipated construction duration of roughly two years.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all daily construction activities on site from mobilization through project completion.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager and project team.
