Mercy Ships is looking for a Senior Manager of Ship People & Culture (P&C) Operations to provide operational leadership for P&C teams aboard its vessels. This full-time, remote position requires strong HR expertise and people management skills, ensuring high-quality P&C services. The role acts as the bridge between shipboard operations and shore-based leadership, supporting a diverse workforce in a faith-based environment.
