Senior Shield Claims Specialist

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a Life & Health Claims Assessor based in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, assessing, and approving shield claims, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in biology or a related field, along with a strong command of English and familiarity with human anatomy. You will also be involved in claims investigations and providing quality customer service.
