As the Senior ServiceNow Specialist you are responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable enterprise workflows and applications within the ServiceNow platform. Bridging business requirements and technical execution by leading platform upgrades, managing third‑party integrations, and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). You ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of the platform while providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary technical resource for Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, handling complex incidents, technical escalations, and advanced troubleshooting. You will provide additional operational and technical support across the team as needed to ensure service continuity and successful project delivery.
