As a Senior ServiceNow Project Manager, you will:
- Own end-to-end delivery coordination for ServiceNow projects and initiatives within the assigned hub
- Act as the single point of contact for architects, delivery teams, and stakeholders for project coordination, resource planning, scheduling, and escalations
- Manage project scope, delivery timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure successful execution
- Drive ServiceNow project delivery activities including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, delivery commitments, and utilization targets
- Coordinate resource allocation, capacity planning, and onboarding activities for delivery teams
