What You’ll Be Doing?
- Design, build, and customise ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations aligned to business outcomes.
- Lead configuration and scripting within Customer Service Management (CSM), supporting our partner-facing ticketing experience.
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow Portals, including custom widgets using HTML5, JavaScript, and modern web practices.
- Configure and evolve Virtual Agents, including conversational flows, scripts, and LLM-driven logic to anticipate real end‑user questions.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, stakeholders, and global teams to shape requirements and deliver value in Agile sprints.
- Participate in stand‑ups, peer reviews, documentation, and UAT frameworks.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and help lift ServiceNow capability across regions.
