The Senior ServiceNow Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing the new Compliance Application on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module (e.g., Compliance Case Management, Policy & Compliance Management, and related IRM workflows). This role requires strong ServiceNow development skills and the ability to translate Legal & Compliance requirements into secure, scalable solutions (including data model configuration, workflows/Flow Designer, Employee Centre configuration, reporting and dashboards). The ideal candidate has 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience and proven ability to deliver enterprise-grade applications with strong governance, auditability, and role-based access controls. The role works closely with business analysts, compliance stakeholders, architects and other developers.
