Senior Servicenow Developer

**Responsibilities**
- Fix bugs within ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Implement Workspaces functionality to enhance client access
- Maintain and update the CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules
- Design and create dashboards for monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Prioritize and manage a backlog of enhancements and requests
- Test and deploy ServiceNow updates and customizations
- Document technical specifications and processes
- Provide support and training to team members and clients
**Requirements**:
- Experience in ServiceNow development with 3+ years
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, HAM, and SAM modules
- Knowledge of ITSM standard modules and Workspaces implementation
- Strong skills in ServiceNow App Engine development
