Job Purpose
Play a lead role in managing and delivery services as per customer &/or contractual requirements while living on Yokogawa reputation and to meet Accelerated Growth target.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Deliver Yokogawa Technical Support Department (TSD) commitments to our customers. Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring process up-time and system performance as per contractual agreement with the customer as per assignment. Participate in add-on / expansion service projects during Engineering phase Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and commissioning phases as required. Need to carry out Preventive and corrective maintenance of the Yokogawa’s portfolio of products and carry out Hardware and software upgrades.
