Senior Service Engineer (España)

We are looking for a Senior PV/BESS Service Engineer to join our Service Digital Power Team in Madrid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the project engineering process, including kick-off meetings, hardware and software supervision, and acceptance tests.
• Provide onsite support for site surveys, installations, or commissioning when necessary.
• Commission and improve troubleshooting procedures, intervening onsite when required.
• Interface with engineering partners to locate and resolve technical problems that arise during the engineering process.
• Supply maintenance support and oversee hotline and level‑2 engineer support.
• Deliver SLM and TLM technical support services to customers or partners, independently or jointly with a technical support team.
• Provide onsite support for major or critical problems that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
